About showing your stock online
How do shoppers find my shop?
Shoppers open the free WowCity app and see clothes in stock at shops around them. They can search by product, filter by size, colour and price, and sort by distance. Every product you switch on shows up there with your shop's name, distance and directions.
Do shoppers order or pay online?
No. WowCity shows what you have; shoppers visit your shop to see it, try it and buy it. There is no online ordering, no delivery and no commission.
Will shoppers see my cost price or stock quantity?
Never. Shoppers see only the details you choose, such as name, size, colour and price. Cost price, suppliers, profit, your customers and exact quantities always stay private. They only see which sizes are in stock.
What happens when an item sells out?
When you bill the last piece of a size, that size shows as sold out in the shopper app. When a product is fully sold out it says so, until you restock it. You don't have to update anything by hand.
Does it cost anything?
No. Showing your stock on WowCity is free, just like billing, stock and GST. Our team will even add your products for you.
