Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your data from the apps published by LUZZAN PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand Only Software.

Expense Tracker (email login and shared ledgers)

Open the app, go to the Friends tab, tap the cloud icon, then tap Delete account. This removes your email login and your list of shared ledgers. When both friends settle up, a shared ledger becomes read-only and is deleted automatically 14 days later.

Dice Dhamaal online rooms

No account is created. Online room data is deleted automatically within 6 hours.

Video Player watch-together rooms

No account is created. Room data is deleted automatically within 12 hours.

Reports ("Report a mistake" in Vacancy Bell and Roz Quiz)

A report holds only the item, the reason, your note, the time and a random anonymous ID. Reports are deleted once we have reviewed them.

All other data

Everything else stays only on your phone. Clear the app's data in Android Settings, or uninstall the app.

Request by email

If you can't use the steps above, email luzzan.co.lux@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the app name. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
