WowCity shopper app (com.luzzan.wowcity)
- Open the WowCity app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted: your login (email or mobile number), your name and all saved favourites, straight away.
What is kept: nothing linked to you. Security logs without your account are kept for a short time and then removed.
WowCity Seller app (com.luzzan.wowcity.seller)
- Sign in as the shop owner (staff cannot delete the shop).
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Type your shop code to confirm and tap Delete account.
What is deleted: the owner's login, and the shop's listing in the shopper app. Every staff member and device is signed out.
What is kept: bills, tax records and ledgers, only for as long as Indian tax law requires, and then deleted. They are never shown to anyone.
Can't open the app?
Email support@luzzan.com from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with. Tell us which app you use, and for a shop, the shop name or shop code. We confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
