Is WowCity really free?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee, and our team adds your products for free. Join us and make your store digital today at no cost.
I have hundreds of items. Who will enter them?
We will. Share your stock list, an Excel sheet or photos of your register, and our team adds every item with its price, size and colour. We also help you print barcode labels.
Do I need a computer?
No. An Android phone is enough to bill and manage stock. If you have a computer at the counter, WowCity runs in its browser too, and on iPhone and iPad.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The Android app keeps making bills offline and sends them to your account when the internet is back, so your counter never stops.
Is my shop's data safe?
Only you and the staff you allow can see your shop. Each staff member gets their own login with only the access you give. Your cost prices, suppliers and profit are never shown to shoppers.
Can I print bills and price tags?
Yes. Print bills on A4 or thermal paper, or share them on WhatsApp. Print barcode labels on A4 sheets or 50×25 mm label rolls.
