WowCity Admin (Android package com.wowcity.admin) is the internal app that LUZZAN PRIVATE LIMITED uses to run the WowCity marketplace. Only people that LUZZAN PRIVATE LIMITED has added as platform administrators can sign in. This page explains what the app does with data. It does not change how WowCity treats shops and shoppers, which is described in the WowCity Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
- Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the administrator's email address. Email addresses that are not on the administrator list get no code.
- There are two roles: owners, who can change shops' plans, pause shops, feature items, send notifications and block attacking networks; and support staff, who can read and reply to support requests.
Data about administrators
- Your email address and name, to sign you in and show who did what.
- A sign-in session for your device (with the device name), which ends after 14 days, or after 72 hours without use. Signing out ends it straight away.
- An audit log of the actions you take in the app (for example pausing a shop or sending a notification), with the time.
- Security records of sign-ins and failed sign-in attempts, with a scrambled (hashed) form of the network address and the device type. The full network address is not stored. These records are kept for 90 days.
Data the app shows
To run the marketplace, the app shows administrators information held by WowCity: shops and their owners' contact details, listed products, shopper accounts (email or mobile number and when they joined), support requests and replies, notifications sent, featured items and security alerts. Administrators may use it only to operate, support and protect WowCity, and access is limited by role.
Where it is stored
The app shows data from WowCity's servers and keeps only your sign-in session on the phone (in the phone's secure storage). On the web, the session is kept only for that browser tab and ends after 12 hours of inactivity. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The app shows no ads and has no analytics or tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the service providers named in the WowCity Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data
When someone stops being an administrator, their access is switched off and their sessions end. To have your administrator details deleted, email luzzan.co.lux@gmail.com. Audit records of actions taken may be kept for as long as needed to keep the marketplace secure.
